Construction Debris Removal in Tucker
When the tear-out is done and the pile is still sitting there, we load it, haul it and sweep up behind it. One person handles your job from the first call through the final walk-through, so you always know who to ask.
Clearing the Mess a Project Leaves Behind
Renovation waste is heavier and rougher than household junk. Drywall scraps soak up rain and double in weight, old lumber carries nails and screws, and broken tile has edges that cut through ordinary trash bags. We bring the gloves, tools and truck space to handle it properly, and we load it by hand so your driveway and lawn are not torn up by equipment.
Most of our debris calls come after a kitchen or bath remodel, a deck replacement, or a weekend of DIY demolition. Some come while a project is still underway, when a homeowner wants the pile gone before the next phase starts. Either way, the person who gives you the estimate is the same person who schedules the crew and checks the work at the end.
Coming out to look at the pile costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. The price we quote is set before we lift a single board, and no extra charges appear on the bill afterward. If the pile holds anything we cannot take, you hear about it before loading begins, not after.
What Construction Debris Removal Includes
Drywall, plaster and lath
We take broken sheets, offcuts and the dusty chunks from a wall tear-out. Plaster and lath from older homes are heavy, so we plan truck space around weight, not just volume.
Lumber, trim and decking
Framing scraps, old deck boards, railings and trim go on the truck nails and all. Where a recycler will accept clean wood or metal, we separate it out.
Tile, flooring and countertops
Ceramic tile, vinyl plank, carpet and pad, laminate and old laminate countertops. Stone and solid-surface tops are loaded with care since they crack and shed sharp pieces.
Cabinets, fixtures and doors
Old vanities, kitchen cabinets, sinks, toilets, interior doors and windows from a remodel. We carry them out from inside your home or pick them up from wherever your contractor staged them.
Brick, block and concrete
Small amounts of masonry rubble from a patio, step or chimney repair. These are the heaviest loads we handle, so we size them up at the estimate.
Sweep-up and final check
Once the truck is loaded, we rake or sweep the area for screws, tile shards and wood splinters. Then we walk the space with you before we leave.
Signs It Is Time to Have the Debris Hauled
The pile is growing in the driveway
DIY projects tend to stall at the cleanup stage. A haul-off clears the space so you can park again and see what is left to finish.
Your contractor did not include removal
Many bids cover the work but not the waste. If the crew is gone and the scraps are not, we can pick up where they stopped.
Rain is turning drywall to mush
Wet gypsum gets heavy, falls apart and stains concrete. In a wet Georgia spring, getting it off the ground sooner keeps the job smaller.
The next phase needs the room
New flooring cannot go down over a pile of old flooring. A mid-project pickup keeps the work moving.
Nails and sharp edges near kids or pets
Loose debris in a yard is a real hazard. Clearing it promptly is the simplest fix.
How the Job Day Runs
- 1
A phone call with one person
You describe the project and the materials. The same person who takes your call stays with your job, so there is no retelling the story to someone new.
- 2
An estimate on site
We look at the pile, note the heavy materials and the carry distance, and give you a clear price before any loading. Same-day and next-day service available when the schedule allows.
- 3
Careful loading
The crew lays down protection where needed, carries debris out by hand and loads the truck. Anything we cannot accept is set aside and pointed out to you.
- 4
Cleanup and walk-through
We sweep or rake the area, pick up stray fasteners and walk it with you. When you are satisfied, the truck leaves and the debris goes to the proper disposal or recycling site.
What Shapes the Price
Two things drive most debris pricing: the room a load takes up in our truck and how much it weighs. We look at the pile in person and put the price in writing before anyone starts carrying, so you know the figure going in. These are the details that move it.
- Volume
- Truck space is the first thing we measure. A load that takes up part of the bed is priced below one that fills it, and whole cabinets or long boards claim more room than scraps broken down flat.
- Weight of the material
- Tile, plaster, brick and concrete weigh far more than lumber or carpet. Dense loads cost more to dispose of and may need a second trip.
- Access and carry distance
- A pile at the curb loads quickly. Debris in a second-floor bath or a backyard down a slope takes more labor.
- Mixed or restricted items
- Paint cans, solvents and suspected asbestos materials need separate handling or cannot go with us at all. Sorting them out first keeps the price down.
- Staged pickups
- Long remodels sometimes need two or three visits. We can plan those together at the estimate.
Construction Debris Questions
Something not covered here? (404) 948-3532
Should I bag or sort the debris before you arrive?
There is no need. Leave everything where it sits and our crew handles the loading. The one thing that helps is keeping paint cans and chemicals apart from the rest, because those are governed by different disposal rules.
Can you pick up while my project is still going?
Yes. Many homeowners schedule a pickup after demolition and another at the end. We work around your contractor so their crew is not slowed down.
Is there anything you will not take?
We cannot take wet paint, solvents, fuel, or materials suspected of containing asbestos, such as some old floor tile or pipe wrap. If we spot something questionable, we will tell you before we load and explain your options.
Will the truck damage my driveway or lawn?
We park on hard surfaces where possible and carry debris by hand rather than driving onto soft ground. Where the path crosses finished floors or landscaping, we lay down protection first.
Do you serve areas outside Tucker?
Yes. We also handle debris removal in Lilburn, Stone Mountain, North Decatur, Doraville and other nearby communities. The Service Areas page lists the full set.

Ready to See the Driveway Again
Give us a rough picture of the materials over the phone, and we will set a time to see the pile in person. The same person handles your pickup from that first visit through the last sweep.
